LEAGUE CURLING
MONDAY
This league is for members who wish to form their own teams and practice playing at a more competitive level.
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY
Teams of men and women are assembled by the Draw Chairman. It is generally assumed that couples (married or other) will be on the same team unless they request otherwise. After about six weeks of play, new teams are drawn.
THURSDAY
This league is a team entry league that will also accept individual entries for teams assembled by the League Coordinator if space and demand permit. Less experienced curlers are welcome.
WOMEN'S CURLING
On alternate Friday nights there is women's curling. This is devoted primarily to competing in the Women's All American—an annual event sponsored by the USWCA. Each member club organizes a competition among women of the club and the members of the winning team are awarded an All American pin provided by the USWCA.
YOUTH CURLING
Saturday afternoons are set aside for youth instruction. Volunteer instructors conduct supervised programs for Little Rockers (5 to 11 years) and Juniors (12 to 21 years). The age categories are flexible, depending on individual levels of ability and interest.
